A new month with new offers extended from Michigan to high school prospects.

2019 Defensive End Brandon Smith

Listed at 6-foot-5 and 215 pounds, Smith is one of the premier players at his position in his class. He is the 35th nationally ranked recruit and ranked fourth at weak-side defensive end, per 247Sports’ composite. He is from Mineral, Virginia.

Smith has other offers from Alabama, Georgia, Penn State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Florida State, USC, Oregon, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Clemson, Florida and more.

2019 Defensive End Adisa Isaac

Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Isaac is listed at 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds. He is the 219th nationally ranked recruit and ranked 16th at strong-side defensive end in his class, per 247Sports.

He has other offers from Penn State, Boston College, Duke, Syracuse, Minnesota, Maryland, Illinois, Virginia Tech and others.

2019 Athlete Jaylin Simpson

Simpson is one of the many Georgia natives that Harbaugh and company will pursue in the 2019 cycle. Hailing from Saint Simons Island, Georgia, Simpson is listed at 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds. The four-star is the 228th nationally ranked player and the 18th ranked athlete in his class, per 247Sports’ composite.

Simpson has some elite offers to choose from, including Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Ohio State, Miami (FL), Georgia, Auburn, LSU, Florida, Oklahoma and more.

2019 Tight End Jahleel Billingsley

Billingsley is a 6-foot-5, 230-pound tight end out of Chicago, Illinois. He is a three-star, the 408th nationally ranked recruit and the 13th ranked tight end, per 247Sports’ composite. He has other offers from Penn State, Minnesota, Illinois, Maryland, Purdue, Ole Miss and more.

2020 Offensive Lineman Justin Rogers

This was a long time coming, but Rogers, a native of Oak Park, Michigan, finally landed an offer from Harbaugh and company.

Rogers, listed at 6-foot-3.5 and 265 pounds, is the 25th nationally ranked player and the No. 1 ranked offensive guard in his class, per 247Sports. He is an elite prospect not only in the state of Michigan, but in the entire country.

He has other offers to play for Ohio State, Michigan State, Florida State, Tennessee, Oregon, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Pitt and others.

2020 Defensive Back Josh Brown

Brown is listed at 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds. He is from Valdosta, Georgia and was teammates with incoming Michigan true freshman Michael Barrett. He does not yet have a ranking, and Michigan was the first school to extend a scholarship to Brown.

2020 Offensive Lineman Tate Ratledge

Listed at 6-foot-5.5 and 275 pounds, Ratledge hails from Rome, Georgia. He is a four-star, ranked 41st nationally and the fifth ranked offensive tackle, according to 247Sports. He does not have a composite score yet. Ratledge holds other offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.

2021 Offensive Lineman Terrence Ferguson

Ferguson is a 6-foot-4, 270-pound O-lineman from Fort Valley, Georgia. He does not have a ranking yet, and Michigan was the first school to offer Ferguson a scholarship.

2021 Quarterback Kyle McCord

McCord is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound pro-style quarterback from Philadelphia. He is not ranked yet, but holds other offers from Boston College, Temple and Central Michigan.
