Already having a solid foundation to their 2019 recruiting class, the Michigan Wolverines are still putting the foot to the pedal on the recruiting trail and have secured the commitment of consensus 4-star all purpose running back Eric Gray.

Gray is listed at 5-foot-10 and 190 lbs and is ranked the 248th player nationally by 247Sports composite rankings. He also is listed as the nations’ third-best all-purpose back by the same metric. Michigan now has 17 players in its 2019 class.
Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, Gray has posted an insane stat line over his high school career to date. In his sophomore year, he ran for 2,215 yards and scored 42 total touchdowns. He then followed up that impressive season with a total of 3,151 yards and 49 touchdowns his junior season.
Already having the pledge of fellow 4-star running back of Zach Charbonnet, Gray’s commitment gives Michigan one of, if not the nation’s best running back duos in this recruiting cycle to date.
