The Michigan Wolverines made the final five of one of the top offensive lineman in the 2020 class, Reece Atteberry.
Thank you to every coach that has taken the time to recruit me and everyone that has helped me get to this point. 〽️ ☘️ ♂️ (These are my top 5) @savageedits15 @SixZeroAcademy @raptorathletics pic.twitter.com/zl5EPYkeaR

Atteberry stands at 6’5”, 280 and is currently listed as 4-star center according to 247sports. However, Atteberry is also versatile enough to shift to all portions of the offensive line.
The Michigan target has three Big Ten schools in his top-5: Michigan, Ohio State, and Nebraska. Duke and Notre Dame round out the remaining schools that the junior center is still considering.
This highlight tape shows Atteberry excelling in the run blocking. He uses his size and strength to easy bully smaller defenders to the ground. Throughout the video, you will also notice the offensive lineman pulling and making some terrific blocks with a head of steam on the outside.
It appears that Eaglecrest Highschool’s (Aurora, Colorado) offense lives and dies by the running game, so there will likely be a bit of a learning curve in the pass blocking scheme that Josh Gattis is rumored to be integrating. But this kid’s size and talent is undeniable.
Michigan’s offensive line coach Ed Warinner is once again trying to work his magic in the 2020 class after bringing in four 4-star recruits for his offensive line in 2019. He started early after getting a commitment from 3-star offensive tackle Micah Mazzccua back in February.
