The big recruiting news of the weekend was Friday night when 2020 in-state 4-star defensive end Braiden McGregor committed to Michigan, but there is more good news, as Michigan was added to the top seven list of 2020 3-star linebacker Bangally Kamara.
The Wolverines join Michigan State, Penn State, Purdue, Nebraska, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh on the list.

(Recruitment Still Open)
Michigan offered the 6-foot-2, 200-pound linebacker from Akron, Ohio back in January. He unofficially visited Penn State in March, which is when he received that offer. He will also officially visit Purdue June 14.
With three linebackers already committed to the Wolverines’ 2020 class, I honestly can’t see Kamara being a take right now. I think they have their sights set on others at the position at the moment — 4-star Kalel Mullings and 3-star Mitchell Melton — but it’s never a bad thing for Michigan to make it on a top list of a player they extended an offer to.
