Michigan hosted their last recruiting visits for a while and some notable tackles went off the board in the last week.

We’re in unprecedented territory here as Michigan and other schools have canceled recruiting visits for prospects during the spring, a time that is usually filled with them as players try to see how team’s practices are run.

Still, there have been some notable updates to Michigan’s recruiting board in the past week before the news broke, but expect the Visits section of this update to be empty in the coming weeks.

Additions

Added Tyreek Chappell to the cornerback board. The three-star from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania received an offer from Michigan on March 6th.

Added Nahki Johnson to the linebacker board. Michigan offered the Pennsylvania four-star linebacker last May, but he committed to Pitt a month later. However, following a visit to campus this past weekend, I’m adding him to the board.

Added Jack Pugh to the tight end board. The four-star from Ohio received an offer from Michigan on March 7th.

Subtractions

Removed Wyatt Milum from the board. The four-star offensive tackle committed to in-state West Virginia on March 6th.

Removed Eli Sutton from the board. The four-star offensive tackle committed to North Carolina on March 8th.

Removed Jordan Hancock from the board. The four-star cornerback committed to Clemson on March 11th.

Removed Mason Murphy from the board. The three-star offensive tackle committed to USC on March 11th.
