It was a pretty busy week for 2021 prospects, as a bunch of peripheral targets for Michigan went off the board to other schools. Michigan was pushing for several of these guys at one point in the cycle, but had cooled off at some point before they committed elsewhere. The exception here is Corey Kiner, who Michigan wanted but quickly went to LSU when he became a take for them. On the other hand, Michigan extended a couple of offers in California and made the top group for some in-state targets.
Additions
Added Jaylin Smith to the board. The four-star athlete from Mission Hills, California received his offer from Michigan on May 8.

Added Justin Walters to the board. The three-star safety received his offer from Michigan on Oct. 26, 2019, but has been committed to Notre Dame since Feb. 2. Michigan has continued to recruit him though, and his teammate Tyler McLaurin committing this week has pushed me to adding him back to the board.
