The Wolverines have had quite the day on the recruiting trail. After picking up a commitment from 2021 three-star offensive lineman Tristan Bounds, they also made the tops lists for two four-star top targets.
Four-star Xavier Worthy dropped a top six list of blue blood programs — Michigan, Oregon, Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Auburn.

The 6-foot-1, 160-pounder from Fresno, California is primarily being recruited by offensive coordinator Josh Gattis, who offered the scholarship to Worthy back in February. After receiving his Michigan offer, he then reeled in offers from Alabama, Georgia, Washington, LSU, Penn State and tons of other elite football programs.
Worthy is just one of several receivers being recruited by Gattis in this cycle. Other receiver targets include four-star Cristian Dixon, four-star Jayden Thomas and in-state three-star Andrel Anthony. Michigan already has one receiver committed to its 2021 class — three-star Markus Allen.
There are no crystal ball predictions for Worthy yet.
Four-star cornerback Omarion Cooper also included Michigan in his top six list, which included the Wolverines, Penn State, Texas, Florida State, Louisville and South Carolina.
The 6-foot, 170-pounder hails from Lehigh Acres, Florida. Michigan is likely to take in one or two more corners in this class, and Cooper is one of the better ones. Other cornerbacks being recruited by Michigan in 2021 are four-star Ceyair Wright, four-star Jamier Johnson, three-star Ryan Barnes. The Wolverines already have one cornerback in their 2021 class — three-star Ja’Den McBurrows.
Cornerbacks coach Mike Zordich and defensive coordinator Don Brown have both lent a hand in recruiting Cooper to Michigan.
The Seminoles have one crystal ball in their favor for Cooper.
