With three wide receivers in the fold for 2021, Michigan is still in pursuit of another. The target they sit the most strongly with at this point is four-star Jayden Thomas, who included Michigan in a new top five list Friday evening.

Michigan is joined by Notre Dame, Penn State, Arkansas and Georgia. The former is probably the biggest threat at the moment for the Peach State standout.
The 6-foot-1, 198-pound Thomas is being pitched as a dual-sport player in both football and baseball by most schools recruiting him as well. Michigan sent him this sweet graphic a few days ago and has a recent history of allowing this with football players, which is certainly helping their case. Thomas is ranked as the No. 218 player in the country and 39th wide receiver. As a junior at Pace Academy last season he caught 21 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown while being limited to only playing five games.
