Michigan coaches actually handed out a new offer for the first time in almost three months!

Ladies and gentlemen, after a loooong wait over the summer, we finally have some exciting news relating to the Offer Board. For the first time since June 8, Michigan handed out an offer in the 2021 class!

Yes, you heard that correctly. In an effort to expand the cornerback board, Michigan coaches extended an offer to Alabama three-star cornerback Kamari Lassiter last week. We even have some top lists updates to cover, so let’s jump in.

Additions

Added Kamari Lassiter to the board. The three-star cornerback from Tuscaloosa, Alabama received his offer on Aug. 18.

Subtractions

Removed Malcolm Johnson from the board. The four-star wide receiver committed to Auburn on Aug. 14.

Removed Jaquez Smith from the board. The four-star wide receiver committed to Indiana on Aug. 15.

Removed Monkell Goodwine from the board. The four-star defensive end committed to Alabama on Aug. 15.

Removed Kamonte Grimes from the board. The three-star athlete committed to Nebraska on Aug. 16.

Removed Kelvin Gilliam from the board. The four-star defensive end committed to Oklahoma on Aug. 22.

Removed Jaden Slocum from the board. The three-star safety committed to Stanford on Aug. 25.

Removed Ryan Keeler from the board. The three-star defensive end committed to Rutgers on Aug. 25.

Removed Thomas Fidone from the board. The four-star tight end committed to Nebraska on Aug. 26.

Top Lists

Added “Yes” to Michigan being in Daymon David’s top group of schools. The three-star safety included Michigan in his list of top three schools, along with Oregon and Boston College.

Added “No” to Michigan being in Camar Wheaton’s top group of schools. The five-star running back narrowed his top list down to three schools: Oklahoma, Alabama and LSU.
