When the clock struck midnight, one of the nation’s top tight ends, 2022 four-star Jaleel Skinner, heard from a handful of schools. Michigan was one of those schools, as he told Maize n Brew he heard from both Jim Harbaugh and Sherrone Moore.
“(Moore) was telling me that he can’t wait to get me back down there and he can’t wait to talk on the phone,” Skinner told Maize n Brew.
Speaking of talking on the phone, Skinner is also slated to speak with Harbaugh Tuesday afternoon.
Along with Michigan, Skinner also heard from Oregon, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Penn State, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Missouri, Howard and Purdue, just to name a few.
The 6-foot-5, 210-pounder from Greer, South Carolina is the No. 3 tight end, No. 3 player in his state and No. 99 overall player on the composite.
