Zak Zinter is a large, large human. Coming in at 6-foot-6 and 300 pounds out of high school, he’s enrolled early and is already listed over 330 pounds as a new member of the Michigan Wolverines. While watching his film, you can’t help but feel bad for the fellow Massachusetts players that are on the receiving end of his mauling run blocks.
He brings a higher level of technique and advanced hand placement out of high school. Playing with a mean streak, Zinter is slotted for the interior offensive line, and given his size already he’s able to make an impact sooner rather than later for the Wolverines.
