Michigan football’s new defensive staff offered a scholarship to 2021 three-star defensive tackle Ikechukwu Iwunnah, he reported on Twitter Saturday afternoon.

Iwunnah committed to the University of Colorado this past week on Jan. 19. He stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 275 pounds. He holds other offers from Texas, Missouri, Baylor, Boston College, Kansas, New Mexico, Washington State, Wyoming, Boise State and UTSA.
A native of Garland, Texas, Iwunnah plays high school ball at Lakeview Centennial.
Iwunnah is the No. 66 defensive tackle, No. 173 player in Texas and No. 1,187 overall player in the 2021 class on 247Sports’ composite.
