Michigan football recruiting visitors list for the Indiana game

A pair of recently-offered teammates and several talented underclassmen are set to see Michigan play Indiana.

At this point in the season, the Michigan Wolverines are still holding off most of their big visitors until the Ohio State game at the end of the year. However, there are still some quality targets on the list for this weekend’s Indiana game, including a pair of teammates committed to other schools who were just offered by Michigan last week.

2022

McEachern (GA) Kaleb Webb - Three-star, No. 663 overall, No. 92 WR

After four-star Dane Key committed to Kentucky last week, Michigan swiftly moved on to Webb, who has been garnering attention from Power 5 schools following his commitment to East Carolina. Webb did not waste any time in setting up an official visit to Ann Arbor after receiving the offer, indicating a high level of interest. He’s also visited Tennessee and Louisville in recent weeks.

McEachern (GA) Bryce Archie - Three-star, No. 793 overall, No. 51 QB

Webb’s quarterback, Archie, is committed to Coastal Carolina. But he also planned his official visit to Michigan right after receiving his offer a couple days after Webb.

Getting the duo together on campus should definitely help the Wolverines’ chances. I don’t think they would have offered and allowed Archie to visit if they wouldn’t take him, even with Jayden Denegal in the class. This will be an interesting dynamic to follow.

2023

Alleman (IL) Charles Jagusah - Four-star, No. 279 overall, No. 16 OT

Jagusah is a large human being at 6-foot-6, 308 pounds as only a junior. He’s still very raw, but obviously has the natural gifts needed to succeed at the position. Other schools have certainly picked up on the potential with Arkansas, Iowa, Iowa State, Minnesota, Missouri, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Wisconsin all offering him.

Those are some schools that know their offensive linemen well.

Raymore-Peculiar (MO) Jaidyn Doss - Three-star, No. 38 WR (247Sports only)

Doss is an intriguing athlete who is listed and being recruited by Michigan as a wide receiver, but could play either side of the ball. Besides Michigan, Doss also holds offers from Colorado, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan State, Missouri, Nebraska and TCU.

Cathedral (IN) Kendrick Gilbert - Three-star, No. 375 overall, No. 61 DL

This will be Gilbert’s second trip to Michigan this season after also visiting for the Rutgers game. Shaun Nua is clearly making him a priority for the 2023 cycle. Gilbert holds offers from Cincinnati, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisville, Missouri, Notre Dame, Penn State, Purdue and Wisconsin.

2024

St. John’s (DC) Jordan Seaton - Four-star, No. 100 overall, No. 4 iOL

Seaton is another prospect who set up a visit to Michigan immediately after receiving an offer from the Wolverines.

With only 100 players ranked in the class of 2024 so far, Seaton squeezed right in there at the back end of the initial rankings. He already holds offers from Boston College, Maryland, Penn State, Pitt, Tennessee, Texas A&M and West Virginia, so it looks like he’s going to be a national guy.
